TENANT INFORMATION

Generally, our properties only get rented on a referral basis from one of our existing or past tenants and do not ever get advertised to the public. When contacting us, please ensure you indicate the full name of who referred you, the number of students in your group, and the year you are entering. 

Since these houses are in such high demand, we will not be able to rent to all groups that inquire. The earlier you reach out the better.
